Limited Warranty and Returns Policy

Detailed Limited Warranty

This manufacturer’s warranty is not intended to change or limit your right under the laws of the country in which you purchased ClickCablez product. ClickCablez warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). ClickCablez does not warrant and is not responsible for any other product or device made by anyone other than ClickCablez. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any ClickCablez product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will at our option: (i) repair the ClickCablez product using new or refurbished parts; (ii) replace the ClickCablez product with a new or refurbished ClickCablez product; or (iii) refund the purchase price of the defective ClickCablez product. You may also have other legal rights under the applicable local consumer protection law. For the purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, ClickCablez  expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and you specifically agree that ClickCablez shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any ClickCablez product. For the avoidance of doubt, the limited warranty does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear or failure to follow the product instructions (e.g. dropping the product etc.). In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device (including but not limited to any mobile phone devices) or personal property inside or outside of the ClickCablez product.

Returns not Covered by Warranty

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Clickcablez@gmail.com and send your item to: ClickCablez Kemp House, 152 - 160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product (including name, address and proof of purchase) to: ClickCablez Kemp House, 152 - 160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
